According to the agreement between IEEE and EISZ consortium, the number of the available Open Access publishing quota has been used up.

Consequently, the charges for publishing the accepted articles in the publisher’s journals (APC charge) are not covered by the agreement, hence they must be financed by other sources. Concerning the publisher’s hybrid journals, authors can request for closed publication without paying the APC charge.

Consultations about the agreement in 2023 are in progress, therefore we can inform you about the availability of the publisher’s Open Access publication starting from 1st of January 2023 later.
